 This is to let you know that my wife & I are both very happy with our experience with Luke during the long process of finding the “right” house. Luke was highly recommended to us by a partner at our CPA firm.

 Luke is the epitome of professionalism & at the same time has the patience of Job. He did everything possible to accommodate us even when we called at Friday & asked if it was possible to see us the next day. Most sales folks today want you to work everything around “their” schedule & it was so refreshing to see that Luke was the opposite.

 My wife is a woman who knows what she wants & at times may appear to be too demanding but she is always reasonable. Never once did Luke get “heated” & his demeanor continued to stay the same throughout the process.

 He was so knowledgeable & so helpful to us especially when we entered escrow. He guided us through the closing process & gave us recommendations when to stand up or stand down. Because of his help, we were able to get additional things from the seller which we would not have asked for.

 I personally asked Luke to provide me with your information so that I can give him credit for a job well done. In addition, to let you know from an outsider that you have a gentleman with unlimited potential.
